As a Child/Teen
As a teenager, it is important to not be underweight or overweight; a teen should be in the middle. It is important to be physically active, especially as a teen. Try to limit the consumption of energy-dense foods; before it was suggested to be a vegan, but now there are junk foods available for vegans too. Eating a variety of vegetables and fruits is also suggested to prevent or cut your risks of any disease. Consuming alcohol and drugs is extremely bad for you at this age, even if it is medication such as Advil or Motrin.

As an Adult
As adults, it is very important to be physically active. Adults have so much on their plate which results in major stress issues. Adults need to eat healthy foods and limit the amount of alcohol they consume. Eating less red meat is also suggested because too much red meat is extremely unhealthy for an adult's body. Drugs and medications should be limited.
